Kula Wroko Kibri is a reflection of Fra Fra Sound's past, present and future.
The title stands for the process of navigating, creating, documenting and continuation.

This album expresses the story of Fra Fra Sound's 40 year anniversary in 2020, which could not be celebrated due to Covid.

Moreover, the music is the contemplation of 150 year abolition of slavery in Suriname and the Caribbean Dutch - Antilles.

Recordings were made during different periods, with different line ups. 'How deep are your roots?' was recorded live in Amsterdam.

Kula Wroko follows the 2010 release 'Black Ditch & More'.
